TRENDS AND BENCHMARKING
We seek to leverage our years of experience in creating and growing an accommodation operator, to identify trends in the sector and evolving guest requirements. Our knowledge of the product market evolution from glamping and super cottages to sustainable, off-grid offerings and deconstructed hotels enables us to identify gaps and opportunities in the market and provide current and forward-looking recommendations to our clients.
We understand how guests' habits and preferences are changing through different travel patterns and generations, with a particular focus on those traveling with pets, multi-generational trips, millennial guests, and those with additional accessibility requirements. Our experience allows us to highlight underrepresented product types and show unconstrained demand for specific guest markets.
We provide benchmarking and health checks of current operations, assessing performance, identifying growth and improvement opportunities, and comparing against local and relevant comparables. Our analysis includes overall revenue and occupancy performance, operational structures and costs, pricing and marketing strategies, website analysis, and live marketing comparables through data and analytics platforms such as AirDNA and STR through AM:PM.
We also work with local authorities to develop investment proposition decks that attract national and international investment into tourist accommodation, as well as suitable operators. Our use of the term sustainable encompasses environmental, economic, and social considerations.
